Auction Items Needed for Annual Three Rivers Kiwanis Auction
Milo, Maine
- 05/30/11 - The Three Rivers Kiwanis of Milo/Brownville is looking for sellable items for their annual Kiwanis auction on Friday, June 24th and Saturday, June 25th in Milo. Auction Chairman George Batrton said that the auction is one of our biggest fund raisers during the year to support our many projects such as the Secret Santa program, Key Club, Builders Club, RIF, swim programs and supporting other worthwhile community activities. We are currently looking for working appliances, furniture, household goods, bikes, auto, and other great items. This year dues to the cost of diposal fees of e-waste (E-waste is a popular, informal name for electronic products nearing the end of their "useful life." Computers, televisions, VCRs, stereos, copiers, and fax machines are common electronic products.), we will not access all electronic items without testing and approve of an auction committee member. For more information and or to have item(s) picked up please call Bobby Elison at 279-0481 or visit www.threeriverskiwanis.org If you are interested in becoming a member of the Three Rivers Kiwanis Club of Milo/Brownville please visit www.ThreeRiversKiwanis.org or visit a Kiwanis meeting that meets every Wednesday morning at 6:30 am in Milo at the Coburn Family Restaurant located on Park Street.
